Application & Registration Process

​

1. Join our Portfolio Review Google Classroom. TVDSB Students can use classroom code: ymykwaj​
    

2. Submit
   Portfolio
   (10 images for grade 11 & After Grad, 5 for grade 9)
   Graduation summary
   (grade 11 and after grad applicants only)
   Questionnaire 
   (grade 9 applicants only)
   
   to the Google Classroom before the deadline.
   Students from outside the TVDSB should send the questionnaire, portfolio (5 jpeg images for G9.  10 jpeg images for After Grad) and application to j.heene@tvdsb.ca
   
    

3. Complete HB Beal registration before February 15. Current HB Beal students may do this in MyBlueprint. Students not at HB Beal may find the registration documents here: HB Beal Guidance
   Out of area students must complete the out of area form.
    

   • Program fee $40/credit paid upon beginning course

   • Entrance into the enriched stream is subject to space restrictions and approval by the administration of HB Beal Secondary

   • Bussing is provided for the Grade 11 and Grade 12 & Post-Secondary Programs only

   • Your portfolio may be clearly photographed images of artworks in any media. Animation and Moving Image files should be no larger than 10mb and in .mp4 or .mov format.

   • You may submit your portfolio as a Google Slides document. Please check that the share settings are set to everyone.
